Toyota Plans Record-Setting Showcase Area at Chicago Auto Show

Toyota claims its showcase at the upcoming 2011 Chicago Auto Show will involve an immense display of 45,070 square feet, which will be the biggest display ever hosted in the U.S. Although the company has substantial grounds for such claims, that information was checked with Paul Brian, Chicago Auto Show spokesman. He did confirm that Toyota will really present the largest display that the Chicago show has ever seen.

The 2011 Lexus CT 200h is planned to come on the market in March. As a reminder to everyone about the existence of the dedicated hybrid — thinking back about Toyota to have made this model public about a year ago — the carmaker will showcase its tuner model at the 2011 Chicago Auto Show.

As compared to a regular model, the Five Axis Project CT model will suggest a more pushy suspension and braking setup, 19-inch wheels, aerography paint and a touch-screen interface.
